The position

Job description

As part of the development of its portfolio, Future Group is looking for a Learning Product manager.

Missions

Instructional design

  • In collaboration with the product team and teaching managers, you define the educational mechanics to apply at each stage of the training.

  • You participate in improving the learning experience, through the content available on the platform, but also the format of the mentoring sessions, the intensity of the exercises, projects, and the support tools made available to students.

  • You assist the Chief Product Officer to harmonise Future Group's learning experience across different formats.

  • You are responsible for implementing Future Group's educational style in each of the programs made available to students.


Develop the product catalog

  • In collaboration with the Chief Product Officers and local schools stakeholders, you define the content strategy for our training based on active market monitoring and listening to customers.

  • You establish and communicate the roadmap for creating and updating the programs.

  • You measure the impact of training on satisfaction, progress, and skills acquired.


Production

  • You define the processes for creating and updating programs.

  • You recruit and manage a network of experts contributing to training content and defining targeted skills.

  • You manage the creation of curriculum and content, making use of existing assets or recruiting experts to create new modules, alonside the local teaching teams.

  • Design learning experiences that make best use of a variety of learning types (courses, videos, exercises, quizzes, evaluations, case studies, workbooks, resources, etc.) needed to achieve the learning outcomes or goals.

  • You collect feedback from students, instructors, mentors, and business customers about training content and manage their development and regular updating.


Launch

  • You provide instructors and mentors with training guides to guarantee their success.

  • You define the course structures in a data-first format suitable for the back-end of the learning platform.

  • You support the Marketing and Sales teams in training courses' launch and marketing stages.

  • You collect information that allows you to confirm and refine your strategy.


Profile

  • Bachelor level in project management, instructional design, (management de projet, ingénierie pédagogique, marketing ou commerce), you have a first successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar (or transferable) position, and ideally in a training organization, CFA, a pure player in online training or a fast-growing company;

  • You have skills and experience in project management, you know how to work in “test and learn” mode;

  • You are fluent in English: C1; German or French would be a plus.

  • Your ability to listen, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills will be your assets. 

  • You are passionate about the world of education.

  • You have a sound vision of Tech fields and the challenges of online training;

  • You ideally know digital learning tools: technologies for creating multimedia educational content (infographics, graphics, video, development) and LMS platforms;
