What will you do
You will be in charge of ensuring sophisticated second-level support, enhancing system functionality and seamless integration with further local HR core systems. You’ll closely cooperate with other HR System specialists within your team as well as other global and countries’ teams. Exploring data maintained in Workday, building reports and ensuring a state of the art data access approach for Workday, is going to be the job on daily basis, too.
Responsibilities
Active technical team member of the Reporting & Security function for Workday
Gain and make use of knowledge in building reports and dashboards in Workday
Designing and maintaining security concepts (user access rights) for Workday
Support testing activities
Reporting and User Access Rights support
Support of creation and development of group wide business process templates
Actively research for new enhancements and releases in Workday and align with the HR community on decisions how to best use these new enhancements to support current and new business processes.
Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
Regularly provide support to end-users
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
2/3 years of professional business and technical experience within the area of HR Systems – specifically Workday, with an international background.
Previous experience with Workday HCM Core, Security and/or Reporting is advantageous
Experience with EIB upload is beneficial
High analytical, communicative, and organizational skills.
Structured and target-oriented working style, assertiveness with a clear focus on rapid implementation.
Ability to learn new technologies and technical skills quickly.
Very good understanding of managerial practices and processes.
Willingness to participate in roll-out projects worldwide and to regularly provide support to end-users.
Ability to work in an international team with an emphasis on service orientation.
